I want to thank the many volunteers and citizens who worked in my campaign.  We ran a campaign we can be proud of, and although we did not prevail in the Primary Election we absolutely created the dialog in the campaign for Position #8, directing it toward the issues affecting the quality-of-life in all of Tacoma's neighborhoods and neighborhood business districts.

I also want to thank the thousands of people who voted for me.   I appreciate your support and your commitment to help Tacoma become the community that we know it can be, and that it deserves to be.

I look forward to seeing you all in the coming weeks, months, and years as we work together on the Boards, Committees, Commissions, and other volunteer opportunities that Tacoma has in abundance.
